Bud Neville, the Nor Cal Old Guy, is a business owner/farmer/rancher who lives in the Sierra Nevada foothills east of Sacramento.

With over 50 years of experience in hunting, fishing, gardening, and living in the outdoors, he offers his experience and insight for viewers on the web on this website, on YouTube, Instagram and in person at his retail gardening store in Auburn, California.

With extensive experience in organic gardening, many in the foothills area check in for solutions in growing plants for food and medicine. Often, when trying to solve a garden problem, locals who know advise "go talk to that old guy at the garden store!"
